What’s the difference between a public and private charter?

A public charter is one in which you purchase an individual seat or seats aboard one of our vessel’s for a scheduled cruise. You will meet other nice people who are also onboard cruising as well and the captain will follow a pre planned route. A private charter is 100% customizable and you are free to choose where you go, what you do, how long you want to stay and who you want to bring along! It is a tailored luxury experience all about you and your crew.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made with AT LEAST 5 DAYS NOTICE will be offered a FULL refund. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or ‘behavioral’ issues. If your Tour is cancelled, you will be given a FULL refund OR a RAIN CHECK to re-book at another time (this EXCLUDES behavioral, along with alcohol related cancellations – these circumstances will never be rescheduled or refunded). For weather related issues, we may “wait out” a brief shower, reschedule for another day, or refund if unable to reschedule. “No Shows” will not be refunded or rescheduled.
